On the 31st of October 2014 CETEMCOM Ltd. has celebrated the diploma ceremony of the 5th HUVINETT group at Ezersárkány Restaurant in Budapest, Hungary. The event was also the closing ceremony of a two-year program, in which almost 200 Vietnamese professionals have obtained a diploma in fields of nuclear technology.
In the framework of the 5th HUVINET program 39 university professionals has started their training in September 2014 at the Institute of Nuclear Techniques of BME (Budapest University of Technology and Economics) and at the MVM Paks Nuclear Power Plant. As the previous 4 groups, they are also going to stay in Hungary for 6 weeks gaining comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge about the safe use of nuclear energy and the operation of nuclear power plants. This year as a new element in the program, the group is going to visit the headquarter and the factory of the Gamma Technical Co., which is one of the most dominant manufacturers of nuclear measurement devices in the Eastern European region.

A workshop about the Hungarian nuclear technology, organized by CETEMCOM, was held in Vietnam between the 9th and 17th of December 2013. The delegation aimed to present the experience of Hungary in fields of education and training in nuclear technology for the Vietnamese universities and research institutes.
The primary objective of the workshop was to present and share all the theoretical and practical experience of Hungary’s research in fields of the education of nuclear technology, and also to demonstrate the tools and devices required for research and education. The Hungarian delegation list included educational institutions and device manufacturers as well. Among the educational institutions the Institute of Nuclear Techniques of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, and the Radiochemistry Institute of Pannonia University must be highlighted, who have demonstrated their achievements in the field of education of nuclear technology for the students and teachers who appeared at the event. Device manufacturer partners, such as GAMMA, CAEN, SPECTECH, THERMO and ORTEC, presented their equipment used for education and research.

The fourth Vietnamese group has finished the nuclear training program between the 9th of September 2013 and the 18th of October 2013 at the Institute of Nuclear Techniques of BME (Budapest University of Technology and Economics) and at the Paks Nuclear Power Plant. Within the framework of the educational agreement between Hungary and Vietnam this time 41 university professionals came to Hungary for the six-week upgrading course in nuclear science and technology. Since the beginning of the program in 2012, all in all 160 participants arrived to Hungary to take part in the course.
The closing ceremony
Within the vietnamese - hungarian cooperation 42 viatnemese professional specialists will obtain diploma. This training was organized by the MVM Paks Nuclear Plant and the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
The third turn starts in april 2. 2013. at the Paks plant. This turn will contain education and training.
The cooperation started in september 2012. 80 vietnamese university and college instructor finished the turn.
